If you are not satisfied with our product due to there being a fault with it, send it back and we will refund your money or provide another product up to 7 days after purchase. We cannot refund shipping and handling cost.
Any information submitted to Green Urban Living is used for the purpose of providing products or answering requests directly in connection with enquiries.
No information will be submitted or passed on to any third party.
We don’t offer any account of credit facilities at Green Urban Living, payment for goods must be made at the time of purchase.
If you are picking up goods, please bring cash or a cheque. We don’t have eftpos or credit card facilities on site as I work from our family home.
Money transferred to our bank account can take up to three days to appear in our account. We only dispatch goods, when your payment has arrived into our account.
We do accept Credit card payments via Paypal at the time of check out.
All goods remain the property of Green Urban Living until payment is received in full.
