I peeled and mashed my surplus feijoas and froze them in 1 1/2 cup containers. I can defrost quickly and add to crumbles or in muffins when they are no longer in season.

A good idea as last winter I froze all my feijoas in an icecream container but when thawed ended up throwing out half of it as didnt use it fast enough. Thanks for the post.
